Meet the Therapist
Linsey Brewster
Licensed Therapist
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and older adults through life's challenges. My professional background includes work in behavioral health, education, foster care, adoption, and hospice care, providing me with a deep understanding of the many transitions, losses, and obstacles people face throughout life.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence and resilience.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or seeking personal growth, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and reconnect with your strengths.
At Lotus & Grace Journey Counseling, I believe growth doesn't require perfection. It requires courage, compassion, and a willingness to take the next step. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, hope, and lasting change.
